CIC is a non-profit organization and trusted network of committed citizens. We build open and transparent communication channels for collaboration between citizens and local authorities. We want to work with government and community alike to raise and address the pressing issues and proposals of our society.
Tehuan (which means “we” in the Aztec Nahuatl language) is CICs effort to enable citizen cooperation and participation through the use of technology while providing a trusted medium to report issues that need attention, from a pothole, water leak, car accident or merely traffic to issues that involve public safety.
Tehuan provides timely and personalized notifications of events that are happening around the community.
All personal information sent through Project Tehuan is confidential.
Currently, Project Tehuan only covers geographically the metropolitan area of Monterrey and Saltillo in Mexico.
Project Tehuan is not an emergency contact center. If you have an emergency, please contact the appropriate agency for help.
